Currently, at D Trench Studio, we operate on a pre-order basis, ensuring that each item is specially made just for you. While this allows us to provide a truly personalized experience, we understand that it comes with certain limitations. Regrettably, due to this unique process, we are unable to accept returns. However, we are more than happy to accommodate alterations for an additional cost, ensuring that your purchase fits you perfectly.

Please note that our production process takes approximately 2-4 weeks from the time of purchase to dispatch depending on our availability. However, if you have a particular event or occasion in mind and need your order by a specific date, we kindly request that you reach out to us before placing your order.
